There’s been a lot of press about how the iPhone tracks your movement and travel. I, for one, think that is pretty amazing, so I jumped at the option of getting my iPhone Tracker map. It downloads your iPhone’s travel history and plots it on a map. Apple just released a “patch” that disables it. I think for those in our group of family and friends who know how much we have traveled in the last year, this pretty much sums it up. This map pictured below is only of the Indiana, Illinois, Missouri region. Each dot is a cell tower to which my phone connected. It is fun to see our travel displayed in this way. And, if anyone needs any advice about the highways in Indiana or Illinois, let me know. We can pretty much picture every turn, gas station, and point of interest.
